Mountain River is just north off of Highway 2 between Snohomish and Monroe, Washington.

If you are going East on Highway 2 towards Monroe take a left on Roosevelt. Go about 1.5 miles and turn left on Trombley. Go past the Roosevelt Store and Mountain River is on your right about a half  mile.
